Don’t Ever Purchase Zong4G Internet Connection. It is the most unreliable internet connection I’ve used in 18 years.

I’m using a Zong4G internet device and for most of the time in a day, the speed is below 0.5 MB and sometimes it simply stops working. I have made at least 10 complaints but they didn’t respond to any of it. Every time I call their support, they tell me that I’ll receive a call from their “Technical Support Team” in 48 hours. However, out of the 10 complaints that I’ve made in the last few months, I never received a single call from their technical team. When I call them again complaining about not receiving the call from technical support team, they always give me the same answer, “Sir, your phone was out of reach or was not responding.” Can you guys imagine that?

I’m a freelancer Software Developer, and a reliable internet with consistent is crucial for my work. I started having slow interent speed with Zong4G Internet almost a 5 months back and I thought it would go away after sometime, but it didn’t. I had a number of conversations with Zong4G customer support but they could never help me resolve this issue in any way. Instead, they tell me the same story over and over, that we’ll get back to you sir in 2 days time, and then they never call.

I personally believe Zong support is well aware of there problems and I’m not the only one facing the slow internet speed issue. They know all very well that in which areas within the cities their internet speed is not up to their claim, and when it will get fixed. However, instead of telling their users the truth, they try to trick them so that the won’t lose the customers right away and may be, could get some more money out of them for a few more months until they figure out that the problem themselves that the problem is not gonna go away anytime soon. My questions is, why Zong4G team are so selfish that they cannot realize that someone could get into a serious trouble due to their lies and deception?

I’m writing this today because I’ve lost a huge amount of my time and money because of their pathetic internet service and deceptive client support. I want you guys to carefully do your homework before buying Zong4G.

Raise the issue with customerservices@zong.com.pk. Both the issues have been resolved and now there wont be any loss of balance as they will subscribe you to a package and if you purchased the device and activated any package before 31 Aug, you will get double volume as long as you kept on reloading rhe balance every month
