Wi-Tribe offers its existing customers a discount on their next bill. Through its “Circle of Friends” program, Wi-Tribe offers Rs. 500 discount for every new customer with no limit to how many people are invited or join.
How Does This Work?
This referral program directly rewards the refereeing customer and has an easy-to-follow steps:
- To invite a friend, head to the Wi-Tribe portal and put details of your friend in “Circle of Friends”
- Wi-Tribe will get in touch with your friend regarding the order in 3 – 5 working days
- If your friend is in Wi-Tribe’s coverage area and confirms the purchase, Wi-Tribe will provide them broadband connection
- Once the new customer starts using the service and pays its first bill, you will get discount on your next bill
What else should be known?
There are a few important details to keep in mind about this program:
- Referrals will only be processed through sales team, using data entered in “Circle of Friends”
- One referral will result in one discount of Rs.500 after first monthly payment from the new customer
- If you refer 5 friends and all of them join and pay, you will receive Rs.500 discount for your next five monthly bills
- If your friend has been referred by someone else, you cannot refer them
- If your friend bought Wi-Tribe connection via retail, that will not be counted in this program
- Only postpaid customers qualify for this program and able to access Circle of Friends
- If there are any dues remaining from previous bill, you cannot refer any friend
- Only one connection can be referred on one CNIC at one time
