Great service so far. I got the 10Mbps installed yesterday. Here is what i think Pros -Speed in constant at 9-10Mbps -Setup was easy -upload speeds match the download speeds -no downtimes so far Cons -Youtube and streaming services seem to be throttled but it may change. Ill update the review if it does -Took 3 weeks to get installed -I paid the full invoice upon activation of services 3 weeks ago but after the technichans installed the wiring, i coud not go online and CSR said i have a unpaid amount that needs to be settled. However, after calling CSR twice,they mention it will be fixed with in a few hours. Hopefully this will not be an on going thing Verdict Go get this installed if you have it available in your area. I am happy with the purchase so far. No major complaints or disconnections
Stormfiber is the worst ever customer services. There are lot of hidden cost e.g. they did not inform that customer that need additional box with additional cost for digital and HD channels. They are not delivered what they promised. The internet device is not compatible with Karachi construction that was not informed at the time of site survey, need separate routers for floor to floor or even room to room and outside lawn etc. Most of TV Kids channels like Disney, Pogo are in Hindi?. When point out of these channels, Stormfiber making false promises that these channels will be changed within wk ? waiting since. All these information are not highlighted in any of Stormfiber leaflet, website or even sale agent did not inform. Very bad bad customer service even senior management are not help full and not capable for problem solving they are not come to front instead hiding, not picking the call or not replying, I am stuck for having Stromfiber, there is not internet services in my home since installation, 2 months, despite huge investment. I am getting frustrated every day and there is no way out. Now I am thinking to sallow Rs. 20,000 that I already paid and say good bye to Stormfiber to make self get out from this height of frustration.
The customer service is awful. I have applied for their installation, I was said it would be installed in maximum 1 week. It's day 18, I keep calling them every other day and their representative keeps telling me he would convey the message to the department responsible for installation and that I would be hearing shortly from them. But no one has ever called back. Really disappointed that I can't even get updated as to when they will do anything about it. So only those people who already have a back up connection should get it as you should forget about it after you apply. I would update about the quality of connection once it arrives.
